Cabo

We saw many whales and dolphins from the ship as we neared Cabo. We docked on a floating dock and were tendered in by small boats. This is the view of Cabo from the ship.

On the way in on the little boats we saw many sea lions and pelicans. The pelicans loved to sit on the sides of the fishing boats that were docked there.

It is very beautiful by the coast but as we traveled by bus several miles the poverty was very evident.
We went on an excursion Horse back riding along the beach. We had such a fun time.

It was very hot and dusty but the guides really made it fun! The horses were so beautiful and well behaved, thank goodness. It took a couple of days to quit walking like John Wayne though.

I really would like to go back when it is greener! Maybe when Ben gets home.

Here is something you don't see every day. We almost had a 3 car pile up with a truck full of caskets. That would have been convenient don't ya think? Thank goodness we didn't need to use them this day!!!
